Bio

Property is in Kobe’s DNA, with his father working in the industry for over 20 years and passing the gene on to him. Straight out of Benowa High, Jobe swapped his school uniform for a Propell shirt and got to work. Today, he guides clients through the entire construction process, from contract to handover. In 2025 alone, he supported more than 150 investors. Outside of work, Kobe enjoys golf, AFL, and hanging with his workmates, who share similar interests. He considered this a fantastic way for the team to bond.
