Our roots run deep in real estate
For Michael Pell, property was never just a job. His father, Tom, built a reputation as a top-tier agent in Perth, and that same spark clearly carried through to the next generation.
Michael had his finger on the “property pulse” from a young age. He saw the wins, but he also witnessed avoidable mistakes.
After starting his own career in house-and-land sales, Michael became especially frustrated with how most property deals benefited sellers while no one represented the buyer.
And so, in 2016, he founded Propell Property, whose mission is to help everyday Australians build generational wealth.
