For Tyla, great administration is about more than organisation — it’s about creating an environment where people feel supported, recognised, and empowered to do their best work. As Propell’s Executive Administration Assistant, she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, building efficient systems, supporting the team, and making sure our clients feel looked after throughout every stage of their property journey. Originally from rural Bungendore in NSW, Tyla spent four years building her career in Sydney across executive support, asset management, transformation delivery, and leadership uplift before making the move to Palm Beach. Her unique background also includes work as a high-threat role player for government agencies and a swim teacher, giving her a calm, adaptable, people-first approach. Outside of work, you’ll find Tyla exploring the Gold Coast, training at the gym, or listening to country music while searching for her next favourite local spot.
