Hailing from Edinburgh, Scotland, Kyle graduated with a degree in sports and exercise science before embarking on a global adventure, living and working across Austria, China, and France. That international exposure honed his strategic thinking while broadening his perspective, and he now applies these strengths to property. To put it in perspective, he recently negotiated a $100,000 discount on one purchase and secured another property that was revalued at $90,000 higher just a month after settlement. Kyle prides himself on removing the fear of the unknown from the investing process so our clients can make more confident decisions. Outside of work, he strives for perfection in football and golf — a mindset that drives him to keep raising the bar in his work.
